Max Shreck (Batman Returns)

Max Shreck is an evil political manipulator and dishonest business man. One of his schemes involve some kind of illegal activity at a power plant. Max is a very crude man who will kill anyone who finds out about his illegal doings by pushing them out of windows of top story buildings. Meanwhile the public of gotham think of him as a nice man who does a lot of good for Gotham.
