William Cecil Clayton is the villain from the Disney animated movie "Tarzan". He is Tarzan's cousin (although neither of them realizes this).
He is a poacher who comes to Africa alongside Jane and her father to hunt gorillas. When he realizes that Tarzan and Jane fell in love, he uses this to his advantage and has her lead him to Tarzan's pack. Then, he captures the gorillas and Tarzan. Tarzan breaks free and he and Clayton fight in the jungle, until Clayton trips and a vine that tangles around his neck ends up hanging him.
He is featured in the video game "Kingdom Hearts". There, the darkness in his heart brings the Heartless to his world. He uses the Heartless to hunt down Tarzan's pack, but Sora, Goofy, Donald and Tarzan defeat him.
